    Return and Exchange Policy

    At Peasnpodsaustralia, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to ensure your shopping experience is as enjoyable as possible. Please take a moment to review our Return and Exchange Policy, designed to assist you in making confident choices for your little ones:

    14-Day Return/Exchange Window: We understand that selecting the perfect outfit for your growing little one can be a delicate task. To accommodate your needs, we offer a 14-day return policy for size exchanges only. We kindly ask you to select your items with care, as we do not provide cash refunds for changes of mind or incorrect sizing.

    Size Exchange Process: If you require a size exchange, please reach out to our dedicated team within the 14-day window. In the event that the originally ordered item is no longer available, we will gladly offer you a store credit note or assist you in selecting a different item that suits your preferences.

    Timely Processing: Our goal is to make your exchange as swift and seamless as possible. We aim to process all returns within 7 business days from the date we receive your product. You will be promptly notified via email regarding the status of your return.

    Urgent Exchanges: Should your exchange be time-sensitive, we recommend placing a separate order for the correct size. Upon receiving your return, we will happily issue a cash refund to expedite your replacement purchase.

    Shipping Costs: Please be aware that all postage costs related to returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, Peasnpodsaustralia reserves the right to decline returns on products displaying defects or having been worn or washed.

    Shipping Safety and Responsibility: When an item is accepted for return, it becomes the customer's responsibility to safely ship the item back via a tracked parcel service. We strongly advise using a tracked service to ensure the safe return of the item. Peasnpodsaustralia will not assume responsibility for items that are lost during the return shipping process.

    Cancellation Policy: Orders cancelled by the customer will have transaction and shipping charges deducted when refunded. Please note that this also applies to orders using Afterpay services, as Afterpay fees will be deducted. The refunded amount will reflect these deductions.

    Faulty Item/s: In the unlikely event that your garment arrives with obvious defects, please notify our team immediately. Return the product in its original condition within 14 days of purchase, and contact us at support@peasnpodsaustralia.com.au, providing your order number and a description of the fault along with photos.

    If your claim is accepted, you will be reimbursed for return shipping charges. In compliance with The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, Peasnpodsaustralia will replace the item or provide a full cash refund, subject to stock availability.

    Handcrafted Excellence: It's important to note that every Peasnpodsaustralia garment is lovingly handcrafted with intricate hand-smocking and hand-embroidery techniques. As a result, detailing and appliqué placement may vary slightly between pieces. This uniqueness is not considered a defect but rather a beautiful hallmark of hand-crafted goods.

    Shipping Policy

    Shipping Domestic – within Australia

    Peasnpodsaustralia offers free standard postage(Australia Post Parcel Post) for all orders above AU$150 and otherwise Australia Post Parcel Post starting from $10 and Australia Post Express Post for $13.

    Express Post

    Receive your order in 2-4 business days. This excludes weekends and public holidays. Deliveries via Australia Post are only made on business days, and not on weekends or public holidays.

    Delivered with Safe Drop 

    Orders will be left in a safe place if there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. If the delivery cannot be left in safe place, a calling card will be left in your mailbox advising of the Australia Post location where you can collect your delivery.

    You can request to change your delivery method for your parcel with Australia Post via their website, once tracking details for your order are available.

    We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, (e.g. strikes, floods etc).

    Dispatch and delivery times

    Orders are sourced and dispatched nationwide. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days after purchase.

    All domestic orders are dispatched via Australia Standard Parcel Post. Please note, shipping times are in addition to dispatch times. For further information please refer to the Aus Post link provided; http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html days for regional areas.

    To track your order, please login to your account or check the shipping confirmation email and visit the tracking URL link made available to you.

    Peasnpodsaustralia recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment. Peasnpodsaustralia  is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels.

    Washing instruction

    Taking care of your hand-smocked dress is essential to keep it looking its best for years to come. To wash your dress, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a gentle detergent. Gently swirl the dress in the water and avoid wringing or twisting the fabric, as this can damage the fibers. Rinse the dress thoroughly with cold water and gently press out any excess water. Hang the dress to air dry, avoiding direct sunlight or heat sources. If necessary, iron the dress on a low setting while it is still slightly damp. With proper care, your hand-smocked dress will remain beautiful and wearable for many occasions to come.
